Dave Garton – Failing to Provide Driver Information

In 2013 I had the misfortune of a speeding charge turning into a charge of failing to provide information as to the identity of a driver, contrary to section 172 (3) of the road traffic act 1988.

I was not expecting a positive outcome to the case and expected 6 points and a hefty fine.

In 2014, Caddick Davies Solicitors defended me at court. They guided me through the whole process and put my fears and concerns to rest. In court they presented my case in a thorough professional manner which ultimately led to my acquittal.

I never got the chance to offer my thanks after the trial so please accept them now and if myself or anyone else finds themselves at the mercy of the courts over a motoring offence then I would not hesitate to recommend a call to Caddick Davies.
