Edward McGrane, Failing to Provide a Specimen of Breath

May I sincerely commend the efforts of the team at Caddick Davies especially Neil Davies and Hojol Uddin. Their professionalism and down to earth advice was frankly outstanding throughout the entire process and I would recommend their services to anyone – a wise choice of legal professionals – thank you very much.

I am obviously very pleased with the result; it means that I can pursue another estate agent career – thank you very much!

(May I also send praise to the Barrister who met me at court on Friday – he seemed very switched on and I had great confidence in him representing me – may I recommend him for any future hearings you may have with other clients).

Mr McGrane, is an estate agent, who contacted Caddick Davies as he was prosecuted before Highbury Magistrates Court for an offence of Failing to provide a specimen of breath (Section 7(6) Road Traffic Act 1988). He was acquitted at trial of the offence.
