Mrs Hemingway, Failing to Stop

Dear Hojol,

I am writing to thank you for your support, patience and total professionalism when dealing with my son’s case case.

Even though the case, legally, was relatively straightforward (failing to stop, failing to report and assault) it came about as a result of another person trying to make financial gain from a totally fictitious account of an accident. As you are aware, this caused both myself and my family a great deal of worry and stress.

I am pleased to write that a not guilty verdict ensured that the claimant did not benefit from her bogus claim.

Throughout this traumatic and worrying time, I very much appreciated being able to contact and speak to you personally and your constant reassurances that you were available at any time to answer any queries or questions were invaluable.

I can only imagine the amount of effort that went into bringing about a successful outcome and I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for your hard work and kind support.

Yours Sincerely,

A Hemingway
