If we don’t think we can help, it is not cost effective to instruct a solicitor or it is simply not necessary, we will tell you! In these cases we will often provide advice on how to deal with your case free of charge – we won’t just put the phone down.

In these cases we will not charge you, but we thought it would be nice if others benefited, and we will therefore shortly be introducing an opportunity to make a charitable donation to a range of our chosen charities, so that if you do receive advice without charge we will give you the opportunity to donate to one of these charities.
